EasyGiftFlorist – Quick Policies

Delivery

Orders are delivered only to locations mentioned on the website.

Choose delivery dates based on city/product availability. Place orders in advance for smooth delivery.

Correct recipient phone number is required. Wrong info may cause failed delivery.

Each order is attempted once. Failed delivery due to wrong address, locked premises, or recipient unavailability will still be charged.

Designs may vary; flowers, vases, or baskets may be substituted due to availability.


Refunds

Refunds are processed in these cases:

1. Order cancellation at least 24 hours before delivery (10% deduction applies).


2. Non-delivery of items due to unavailability.


3. Delivery destination is beyond our service area.


4. Order refused for any reason by EasyGiftFlorist.


5. Items damaged by our delivery staff.



Note: Refunds are processed within 15 days. A notification email will be sent.

Cancellations

Cancel orders via the Contact Us page.

Must cancel 24 hours before delivery/shipment.

10% of order amount will be deducted for processing charges.


Substitutions

Items may be substituted due to availability (flowers, gifts, colors, vases).

Design/presentation may change, but quality and value are always maintained.


Other Key Points

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.

Complaints for perishable items must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Product images are indicative; slight variation may occur.
